A: Up to 20% of LED diodes
B: Up to 30% of the power supplies.
C. You can send the light to our service center for repair, but you pay for the shipping fee back/forth, repair fee, and additional parts if needed.
If additional parts are needed, you need to pay for additional parts/shipping depending on the case.
Post Warranty Service & parts
After your warranty expires, you are welcome to send your light in for repair or purchase parts for the light. You will be responsible for everything including shipping fee, parts fee, repair fee.
